3. Currency & Pricing
We support multiple currencies including EUR, USD, GBP, and SEK. Prices displayed on the Site include VAT where applicable.
The currency shown is based on your location or your manual selection. Payment will be processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
4. When You Are Charged
For all orders placed on the Site, payment is processed immediately at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully completed.
Klarna payments follow Klarna’s own terms and may involve different charge timings, depending on the installment plan you choose.

7. Refunds & Payment Reversals
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a refund is processed, the timing depends on your payment provider:
- Credit / Debit Cards: typically 5–10 business days
- PayPal: usually immediate to 3 business days
- Klarna: installment schedules will be updated automatically
Shipping Fees
For non-quality-related returns, we refund the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For quality-related issues (defects, damage, incorrect item), we will refund the full order amount including original shipping fees.

8. Chargebacks
