Products & Descriptions

All products sold on norrva.com are crafted from premium stainless steel. Select styles feature 18K gold plating. We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, and the nature of handcrafted items.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a legal guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices listed on the Website are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Norrva reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, though any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to selected countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Norrva is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item at no cost — including a full refund of the original shipping fee. Norrva covers all return shipping costs.

For hygiene reasons, piercing jewelry (such as stud earrings and body jewelry) cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Warranty

All Norrva jewelry is backed by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects including issues with plating, structural integrity, and clasp mechanisms under normal wear conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear, such as minor surface scratches, is not considered a manufacturing defect.
