What does the warranty cover?
Our 365-Day Warranty covers manufacturing defects and significant color fading.
  • Tarnish/Fading: If the gold plating wears off significantly within 365 days of your order date.
  • Defects: Broken clasps, loose crystals, or chain breakage upon arrival.
  • Skin Reaction: If the item causes green discoloration on your skin.
What is NOT covered?
The warranty does not cover lost items, theft, or damage caused by improper care (e.g., breakage from pulling the chain too hard, scratches from daily wear and tear).
How does the replacement work?
If your claim is approved, we offer two solutions based on your preference:

  • Direct Replacement: We ship you a brand-new piece of the exact same item.
  • Store Credit (Flexible): If the item is out of stock, or if you simply want to try a different style, we will issue a Store Credit equal to the original purchase price.

Shipping Options:
  • Combine & Save (Recommended): Add the replacement (or use your Store Credit) in a new order over $35 to get Free Shipping.
  • Ship Alone: If you want the replacement sent separately, a standard shipping fee (approx. $5.9) will apply.

*The warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement. Coverage begins on the original Order Date.
