Returns & Warranty

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply send it back at no cost — we cover the return shipping and will refund both the product price and the original shipping fee in full.

For hygiene reasons, piercing jewelry (such as stud earrings and body jewelry) cannot be returned or exchanged — unless the item has a manufacturing defect. All other items are eligible for a full return within 30 days.

We do. All eligible returns are completely free. Norrva covers 100% of the return shipping cost, and your original shipping fee will also be refunded in full.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional few days to reflect the credit on your statement.

Every Norrva piece is backed by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. If your jewelry experiences significant fading, plating defects, or structural issues under normal wear, we will replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Minor surface scratches from normal wear are not considered defects.
