What items can I return?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
  • In original, unworn condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Hygiene Rule: Earrings are final sale if the sealed packaging has been opened/tampered with.
Who pays for shipping?

Quality Issues: If you receive a defective item, we cover 100% of the costs.

Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How does the 365-Day Warranty work?

NORRVA jewelry is crafted from stainless steel with high-quality PVD gold plating, making it durable and tarnish-resistant for daily wear.

If your piece experiences significant fading within 365 days, we will replace it for free.

Note: Standard shipping rates apply for warranty replacements sent as standalone packages. Breakage due to mishandling is not covered.

When will I get my refund?

Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
